Our Process
A deep-dive brief to align on vision, audience, scale and atmosphere.
Two to three bespoke venue options, each paired with a matching artist lineup and spatial design.
Talent contracts, venue permits, technical rider set-up and guest concierge plans are finalised.
Full on-site production, hospitality management, live execution and post-event media delivery.

Unbound by fixed pricing structures, our atelier approaches each project as a unique architectural undertaking. The scale of investment is shaped exclusively by your aesthetic ambition and the specific requirements needed to bring it to life. We commit fully to the meticulous realisation of every commission, maintaining a lead time of four weeks for private affairs and eight to twelve weeks for large-scale performances and multi-day retreats.
We work from Bhubaneswar and across pan-Odisha and the tier-1 metros, and are fully equipped for destination properties, heritage sites and remote locations nationwide. Travel, lodging and logistics for talent, venue operations and production crew are billed separately at actuals, or quoted as a transparent pass-through line item.
Booking terms are 50% on proposal approval to secure talent and venues, 40% two weeks before the event, and 10% on the day. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date, because artist contracts and exclusive venue holds are locked by that point.
Atmosphere
A reference board, not a portfolio. 11:11 is pre-launch on this initiative, so these are stock photographs chosen to show the register we work in — not events we have run. Real work replaces them as it happens.
